Theft of power

had unit he rented me thru section 8, was illeglly wired.So i would pay for the common areas of his dwelling,as well as his office.

I don't understand your question.

But if you are saying that someone else was

using the electricity that you were paying for,

then you can certainly file a lawsuit to

recover the dollar value of the electricity.

You may have trouble figuring out how much to

ask for, and to convince the judge of that

calculation. But you can file a lawsuit for

the other person to pay you for the use of the

electricity that you paid for.
