Legal Question in Personal Injury in Virginia

my friend test drove a four wheeler at a honda dealership in VA. She signed a paper stating about her responsibility if anything should happen and the guy tweeked something on the four wheeler and when she took off it flung her back and messed up the back finder. She signed another paper and paid for the back finder. Now its a few months later and they are coming back saying the exhaust is bent. Is she liable being we don't know if this was even done by her and she even asked the day she paid for the finder if that was all that was wrong and they said yes. Where does she stand legally on this situation?

She should refuse all demands for payment from this dealership on the ground

that you've mentioned, and, perhaps, others as well.
