Legal Question in Personal Injury in Virginia

on a warrant of arrest, if all information is not put on it,[ i.e. the time of arrest and the part after address, (which is not including the apt. b part either) which indicates to be completed upon service as summons and below a check box beside maiiling address/ same as above. this was not checked. Also the area for my drivers license no. and state is not completed. They deffinitely were given my license. this information is located all on the right side of the warrent.]CAN you have any defense to simply object the warrant on any grounds of incompetence or inaccuracy or any dispute. these serious charges would seem to have to be at least follow proper procedures

Sure, you could object to these administrative errors on the warrant, but that would not be a meritorious nor viable defense to the substantive charge(s) as the prosecutor could simply move the court at the appropriate time to correct whatever superficial errors there are that may need to be corrected on the warrant.
