Legal Question in Product Liability in Virginia

Concerning a Car

I bought a car from a used dealer ship and I was in the process of financing it with them. However, after 16 days I discovered that I wasn't going to be able to pay for it. I tried to trade it back in and get my car back that I traded with them. They told me I couldn't. On their documents it says that ''The information you see on the window form for this vehicle is part of this contract information on the window form overrides any contrary provisions in the contract of sale. Under Virginia law, failure to provide this or an ''as is'' sale disclosure may subject dealer to up to $1,000 civil penalty, and may allow buyer to cancel within 30 days. What are my rights?
