Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Virginia

I sold a mobile home and informed the state i sold it but, the new owner did not transfer title. I also informed the mobile park that I had sold the mobile home and they transfered lot lease to the new owner. Now the lot is kicking the new owner out for non payment and I respossible for any lot rent or the mobile home.
