Legal Question in Traffic Law in Virginia
My friendjust got 46.2-862 reckless driving 92 in a 70. Clean record. Doesn't have money to pay fine and attorney. Any advise?

Yes, your friend should borrow the funds necessary to support
the costs of his defense as well as any fines that may be imposed.
Considering the fact that in at least some jurisdictions in the Commonwealth
that a defendant charged with a reckless driving offense based upon speed allegedly equal to or in excess of 90mph normally receives time in the local slammer, your friend, it would seem, realistically cannot afford to do otherwise.
