Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Virginia

Does an ex-wife have the right to equity in the home of her ex-husband and new wife for the purpose of paying back child support if the husband dies? The house was bought by the new wife before getting married and is in her name only. She has 3 children that live in the home.
