my gradfather died in 2010 and my grandmother died in 2012 my grandfathers will has not been filed at the court house what shoud i do

It is entirely possible that there was no need to probate your grandfather's will; for example, if all the assets were held jointly with your grandmother, and automatically went to her upon his death, the will would have had nothing to transfer. You will have to check with whomever was named his executor to get the facts.
