Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Virginia

parents passed away and I'm ex. in the will, house to be sold and no money to pay it. Two siblings out of seven refuse to help pay the mortgage. What can i do when the house gets sold and its time to share the money. It's not fare to the rest of us.

Those devisees(inheritors of the property) would then recoup from the proceeds

of the sale any disproportionate shares which each may have paid in order to pay the mortgage on the subject property or to provide for its maintenance, taxes, or other required payments. And, those who failed to pay their fair shares of these afore-mentioned expenditures would then each have his or her inheritances proportionately reduced by these amounts.
