uncle by marrage passed,i have will, other neice involved

my uncle by marrage passed,i have his will,it leaves everything to me.dispursed at my discreation.his neice by first marrage is disposing of all property and assets from his estate.i am the qualified executor of estate,what do i do next to stop her from looting the estate of all value?is there anything i can do to retrive the entire estate ? is what she doing criminal?

You can do a number of things to prevent this from

happening. You can get a restraining order from

the local circuit court. You can physically take

possession of the assets and lock them up. You

can file suit for damages and to recover those

assets which were taken. You should report the

matter to the local criminal authorities but do

not be surprised if they are not able to handle

the situation. I wish you good luck with this

frustrating matter.
