Legal Question in Business Law in Washington

I am a Washington state business owner, and I am in a position that requires me to have several separate business names. I heard tthat forming a Nevada LLC is the way to go, because Washington Taxes are so high.

What do I need to be aware of to not get into trouble?

Your question is non-sensical to wit:

You say you have several business that require you to have different names then you ask about taxes.

The names of the company have nothing to do with potential tax issues from state to state.

Restate your question.

An Arizona corporation will not allow you to avoid tax liability for your Washington business operations. You will have the expense for setting up the Arizona corporation and the expense of registration of the business in Washington as 'foreign, domestic' corporation(s). You will be responsible for payment of taxes in Washington for income from operations in this state and in Arizona for operations from that state, if there are any.
