Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Washington

I was humiliated, falsely accused, handcuffed, body searched thourghly by opposite sex officer, detained approx.2hrs. threatend, formally arrested and then let go at my local Walmart store. A profit and loss personell approached me upon exiting the store where she proceeded to announce that I had merchandise unpaid for. I willingly suggested she search my bags and showed that i had no pockets or areas in which to hide anything. She found nothing and stil proceeded to call local police and management. They took me to the back after the profit loss woman made a loud public display shouting " you have my merchandise and I want it back". At no time did they check my bags against my reciept or really ask me anything they mentioned cameras to which I said lets go look at them because I know I did not take anything. I have no real serious police record of any kind and after all the above treatment the profit loss personell says i am no longer allowed in any Walmart nationwide on the grounds of disturbing a business day.

I am sorry to hear about your experience. I personally recommend that no one shop at walmart for a variety of reasons. Did you have a question?
