property siezure illegal eviction

After two year residency on reservation land and given permission by said owner and other land owner,I was unexpect

edly given a three day notice to remove home(25ft.)travel trl.and auto,1995 pontiac firebird,estimated value at 1,400. to 2,000.I wasn't able to move neither and was told both my properties were distroyed.I have since been homeless and have suffered greatly over my loss of home and auto.aAm I intitled to a written notice to vacate of 30 days.As well the values of lost property???

Unless it was the tribe/reservation government or an individual acting on behalf of the tribe that evicted you, this is not a civil rights matter. It looks like it is mor probably a landlord-tenant matter. You may want to re-ask this question but not under civil rights.
