Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Washington

Restraining order - accused

My ex wife is currently living with me because her neighbor has filed a restraining order on her (without merit according to the ex). My ex then confronted the accuser which obviously violated the restaining order and she went to jail. She now has a court date to sort that out. My question is this: What rights does my ex have as far as access to her apartment? If she enters her apartment she violoates the restraining order by being closer than 250 feet to her accuser. She is willing to move out but can't even enter her own apartment. What options does she have available to her?

Any help is appreciated.

Thank You

Re: Restraining order - accused

Although many restraining orders are "forms" that are "rubber stamped," a lawyer would need to see the order to determine if your order is one of those orders. Please call my office at 877.258.9544 to schedule a free consultation (phone consult is fine). For more info about me go to http://lawofficesofheidihunt.com
