Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Washington

x husband harassing me

I have been missing old papers, pictures, collectibles, and memorabilia. All of a sudden, I realize it is my x husband who has broken into my house, and I filed a police report and it was closed. I want to get my things back. His mother is denying he did it, and all of a sudden, he took a trip to Alaska and before that he was poor. I also think that my daughter may know where my pictures are. This is domestic violence, and I have had disputes with my neighbors and the police. Can you please tell me how to handle this, what paperwork to file, and who to complain to, and besides a criminal trespass, and burglary charge what else can I get him on/ and my x family, and daughter? They keep saying to look outside the family, but they were the ones who knew what pictures I had. Can I file a mechanics lien against their house which all of a sudden they want to sell, attach my husbands social security, put a lien on their bank accounts, etc to get my pictures back. I need to know as soon as possible. Also, it could be the work of my mother's family who have been after my things as a result of jealousy. I have cousins who have a stealing business and reported it to a PI, then have another cousin who owes me quite a bit of money.

I do not see a civil rights claim in this statement.
