Misrepresenting yourself as your daughter when communicating with her credit card company with her permission in order to make a payment isn't going to get you arrested, if that is what you mean. From a strict privacy standpoint her balance is not your business and thus you shouldn't be asking the credit card company for the outstanding balance.

If you want to do this ethically, you can ask her. That gives her the opportunity to say that she doesn't want to tell you. Alternatively, if she doesn't mind if you know, you will learn that, and then you could arguably ask the credit card company.
