Theft and posession of paraphanelia

I was wondering if you could tell me what the maximum penalty for 3rd degree theft of a street sign and possession of drug paraphernalia would be.

Theft 3 is a gross misdemeanor punishable by up to a year in jail and a $5000 fine. Paraphenalia may be a simple misdemeanor with a max of 90 days in jail and a $1000 fine. If not, it is a gross misdemeanor with the same as the theft 3. I'd look it up to be certain but your lawyer can tell you. If you do not have a lawyer contact me directly for help.
