2nd dui with hit and run and DV

2nd dui in 3 yrs. 1st went deferred 2nd dui was with hit and run. washington also pending DV assualt 4, interference with 911 call milious damages. peirce county and king county. what is the sentence?

without some fancy lawyering I'd say your looking at 60 days on the dui's with huge fines over two thousand then add the damage for whatever was hit. On the assault very hard to guess--depends on the nature of the alleged act. I wouldn't take a plea bargain on the assault. Generally speaking they are much easier to beat. I can help you with both cases but I'd prefer the assault charge if I had to choose. Just so you know you could get up to a year on each charge (depending on the specifics of each).
