Legal Question in DUI Law in Washington

dwls 2nd degree

my husband was charged with dui and went to court november 20. He pleaded down to negligent and is on probation for 2 years. Will complete classes paid fine. License was suspended for 90 days beginning October 11. ? He did not tell his attorney about the DWLs that occured 10/25. The prosecutor did not know. The judgement was in Pierce Co. This DWLS was in King County. The judge in Pierce Co. did not know about the DWLS. What happens to probation and suspension of license. Is jail possible since he was to not have any problems for 2 years as part of pleading down to negligent driving. (THis DWLS happened before the Nov. court date and terms for probation.) What is he looking at? He is to go to court for the DWLS 2nd degree January

Re: dwls 2nd degree

His lawyer on the DWLS should be able to answer this. If he doesn't have one I'll be happy to assist. The DWLS should not affect his NEG as it occurred before entry of judgment. I hope that answers your question.
