Changing a will

My grandfather passed away about 6

months ago, and his wife refuses to

let my family see a copy of the will.

She has also threatned to change

the will. Is it legal for her to with

hold a copy of the will if you are a

stated as a beneficiary, and is she

allowed to change the will after the

fact to exclude the parties origanlly

stated in the will?

Re: Changing a will

The short answer to your question is no. Your sister would be committing fraud should she attempt to change the will. I would suggest that you seek the assistance of an attorney.
