Legal fees

If my ex accused me of mollesting our daughter and the charges were unfounded and the judge found that the child had been coached. They didn't press charges due to this...would I be able to sue her to get back the legal fees that I had to pay to fight these charges?

If it was within the context of an existing family law case, the most efficient mechanism may be to seek attorney fees from the action.
