paternity

My daughter is 23, just in the last two years it has come to my attention that the father of my child my not be the father. if so can the real father go after me in court...thanks prevention

Mr. Gorin's point is that it would be more likely that you would 'go after' the real father for support than the real father would go after you.

And after 23 years, does it really matter and is it important to shake up the foundation of your daughter's identity by questioning her parentage?

Wow. So it has taken 23 years for you to realize that the man you assumed to be your daughter's father may not be your daughter's father after all?? Most interesting.

So can the real father go after you in court? ANSWER: YES. But I don't know what it is for which he would be coming after you. In other words, what does he want the judge to do for him?
