If there is a parenting plan in place you need to ask the court to enforce the parenting plan, and find your ex in contempt for violating the terms of the parenting plan. If you do not have a parenting plan, then you need to petition the court to establish one. Contact the Washington State Bar Association for a referral to either a pro bono attorney, or free legal service.
