Car accident law suit
i was involved in a car accident in may of 2007 and no injuries were involved at the time and now almost two years later i am recieving a letter in the mail from the insurance company and a lawyer about a law suit they are trying to file, they are claiming i hit him in the drivers side, when it was actually the passengers, should i be looking into getting a lawyer for this?

Yes, anytime you are contacted by a lawyer who is threatening or going to sue, you should get a lawyer to defend yourself.
