Legal Question in Employment Law in Washington

Accrued Vacation Pay withheld

As a Vice President for a local bank I gave my resignation and requested an exit interview to discuss my accrued vacation, stock options, and company stock. I was not given an interview and was told by the bank's HR person my accrued vacation pay was put on hold until the President gave further notice. It has been over a month since I left. Being a commercial Loan Officer the President was not happy I was leaving the company for a competitor. What are my options? Will it cost me more to fight that what I will get for my 100+ hrs of vacation pay?
