Legal Question in Employment Law in Washington

A company that we are considering hiring to provide a certain type of service at our place of business has included a clause in their contract which states something to the affect that we would have to pay them $2000 per employee if we were to change service providers and their employees went to work for the new service provider within 60 days of their last day of employment with their company. Is this sort of language legally binding?

If you sign the agreement with that clause in it, it will most likely be enforced by the courts.
