Legal Question in Employment Law in Washington

fired because he no longer wants me to work there

i was fired bye a new super. because he said he no longer want me to work there. this was on the phone. we do or should i say had a emploee hand book stating that we had to have 3 write ups before we could be fired or unless it was due to drug use or indangerment of some kind. any way the reason i believe is that the person i was working with i find out that she said the reason she wasn't getting her job done was due to the fact that i had done something to her that caused her to fall behind just a bunch of crap. any way i believe she told him that i had said he last job he put in his resume that he did about everything i said i don't know how the co. was still running without him because he did every thing there even wrote the hand book on how to hire and fire.any way i did not even have one write up and work longer there then the other girl. is there anything i could do because of their co. rules states 3 write-ups and than a meeting with all the foremans before the person is to be fired. no one even know i was fired till i came in to get my check.

It sounds like you have a good claim against your former employer. If you would like to pursue this, you would need to get copies of all of the documents (Employee Handbook, last paycheck, etc.) and call me for an appointment. There is no charge for initial appointment if you decide not to retain my services.
