screwed by union pension
the union my late husband was in is cutting me off, of his pension I feel illegally, they misinformed me of the amount that he was due, made me sign a paper choosing a money dispostion, although they only gave me half of the real amount of his pension, when I caught them they said that I could not change my decision that I was just screwed, this doesnt seem right, can they cheat me that way? force me to make a decision with false information and try to make that an abiding agreement?

If you can prove that you were coerced into signing something you may be able to get it thrown out.

Where was your husband's pension from? Who made you sign the document?
