Legal Question in Medical Malpractice in Washington

my husband died on feb.2,2009 at the fault of his doctors and hospital. the doctor gave med.s to him without giving him a blood test because he had run out of insurance. the med.s need to have blood drawn to make sure he can take it. he was allergic ,they turned it into the dea. he spent the next 5 yrs in and out of hospital. then he was killed afew times as of neglect of doctors and staff.so i need to know how to get some help to suew them to pay medical and to get pain and suffering and lost wages from my husband and mine also as i had to quit my job to make sure they didn't kill him , i tryed my hardest to keep him safe
