Legal Question in Medical Malpractice in Washington

Misdiagnosed broken arm

a year ago i dislocated and badly broke my arm, the doctor took x rays and thought that the huge fracture in my arm was a growth plate and wrapped my arm in ace bandages and gave me some pills and sent me on my way, it took about 7 months to heal and my arm is really messed up now, i have to get surgery, because when i went to get a physical the docter noticed that my arm was disfigured from all the scar tissue that had built up, he reexamined my old x rays and could easily tell that my arm was badly fractured and he said that all the pain that i fell in it is because my arm dislocates at night because all the tendons were so stretched from the big bunch of scar tissue that had built up,is it possible to sue?

Re: Misdiagnosed broken arm

I think you may have a missed diagnosis case. I would need to have a medical doctor review the medical records to determine whether or not your outcome would have been markedly better. If so, then you would possibly have a cost effective case to pursue.

Please feel free to contact me to discuss it further either over the phone or personally.
