Legal Question in Personal Injury in Washington

I was in an auto accident, not my fault, on 7/11/08 and after 6 months of treatment, the auto insurance stated that I was deemed back to normal and any claims after 10/15/08 would have to be my responsiblity and to be billed to my medical insurance. The provider office never billed my medical insurance and now the provider wants me to pay for claims dated 10/16/08 to 1/16/09, though their office didn't bill my medical insurance... In early 2009, the provider office placed a Lien on any settlement I was too receive so I haven't settled my case. My medical insurance has a 120 day timely filing limit so these would be denied.

Am I liable for these claims, totaling $1018.00, even though the provider never billed my insurance or myself?

Probably. But sometimes the bills can be negotiated. Feel free to get in touch and I'd be happy to discuss your situation.
