carbon monoxide poisoning

myself and 4 other udults were renting a house the furnace was making weird noises we called a repair man he came and as soon as he entered the house his carbon monoxide detector went off his readings 150 upstairs and 120 downstairs he told us that we had to leave becouse these were dangerous levels we all went to the hospital and were put on oxygen my blood level was 14 we were subjected to the poisoning for 2and a half months and these were winter months we had the furnace on constantly my daugter who lived there was in her first trimester of pregnancy we all had been verry ill but thougt we had the flu it has been 7 months since we were exposed but i think iam experiencing medical problems due to the poisoning my eyesight my nerves andheadaches and possible other things do i have a possible lawsuit against the owner of the house and could you please give me some advice and possibly an attorney who would like to help me

I may be interested in helping you on this. However, in the meantime, you need to get the name and tel. number of the tester and go in to see medical doctors immediately, each one of you, particularly the "to be" mom. Each one should document with the health care provider what the tester told everyone.
