Legal Question in Personal Injury in Washington

Fall Down Stairs leads to back problems maybe?

Last summer I lived in a large house with roommates. My room was on the top floor. The stairs had no railing. I slipped at the top fell directly onto my lower back down 16 stairs and through the large thick door closed at the bottom. I went to the doctor, who gave me pain medication, and muscle relaxers, but the x-rays showed I had not broke my back. I am going back to the doctor because in the same place I hurt my back falling down the stairs I believe I have a slipped disc. The pain is not going away. I have never had back problems before. If the doctor believes this is connected, and I'm going to need surgery I have no idea what to do. I have no medical insurance.

You probably have a very good case. What you need to do is sit down with an attorney to discuss your case in detail. If you call my office, I'd be happy to give you a free consultation after which you will have enough information to make an informed decision about how to proceed with your case.
