Legal Question in Personal Injury in Washington

the insurance company we are dealing with got a 30 day notice to complete settlement how long do or can they take legally to prolong it?

I don't even know what this is. I've never heard of a 30 day notice of anything. I hope that this is not in reference to the three year statute of limitations in Washington. You really need to speak to an attorney quickly to be sure your rights are protected.
