claim of lien

I sold a truck and have not received payment for it, even though I gave the title to the buyer. Can I put a lien on his property for it?

It depends. Did you get anything with the buyer's signature on it saying that he woul dpay you? If not, and you simply gave hime the title, then you will be forced to sue him in small claims court in the county in which he resides here in Washington. Good Luck!
