What is the process for the disbursement of funds from a non-judicial trustee's sale of a home in the state of Washington sold to cure defaulted mortgage for non payment of monthly payments?

It is a motion for an order releasing the funds and a declaration (with note for calendar, and possibly confirmation) directed to the correct judicial officer on the correct calendar with notice to the other interested parties properly served with adequate time for response.

Nearly every word I just wrote has had cases, if not volumes written about it. They are terms of art.

When your car breaks down do you ask the mechanic for a wrench? Probably not. When you break your arm, do you ask for a book on arm-setting? Again, probably not.

If you call your county Bar association they will find somebody who will help you.
