Can a 31 year old go to jail for getting a 17 year old girl pregnant?

There is no prohibition on a 31 year old getting a 17 year old pregnant. There are however, restrictions on a 31 year old having communications with a minor for immoral purposes. It is kind of a fall back, catchall provision outside of the rape-child molestation portion of the RCW (9A.44, et seq.). See RCW 9.68A.090.
