That's a great question. I wish there was a simple answer. I've been facing that situation for 15 years now. Any other witnesses help. You can subpeona the cops CAD (computer notes) and audio communication to see if anything he notes or says contradicts what he puts in his report. Sometimes there is in-car video. Perhaps you were stopped at or near a business that has security cameras that caught you on tape.
