Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Washington

My dad died last year. My stepmom refuses to let me see his will. Do I have a legal right to see it?

If she will not let you see the will, she is obviously hiding something that is to her benefit and against your benefit. There may be other ways of finding out what is in the will, depending on the circumstances, although you will probably need a lawyer to assist you. If I can help contact me at (206)624-6761 and leave a message that includes how to contact you and I will call you for a free telephone consultation.
