executor of Parents will

Future concerns. Will be encountering problems with relative regarding mothers will. The are not honest individuals and am concerned on how to handle the situation in handling her estate and avoinding them coming in and stealing, etc.

If you are the Personal Representative you can lock everything up prior to distribution to reduce the chance of theft. If you are not the Personal Representative you can hold the Personal Representative accountable for stolen items that rightfully belong to the estate or one of your mother's heirs. Other than that, it is somewhat difficult to answer your question since it is rather vague and is speculating what may happen in the future.
