Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Washington

I live in Washington, it's a community fund state. I have a question about my bank account. I add my mother name to my bank account long time ago and I have my income automatically deposit into this account every month. Now I'm married. Just wonder if god forbid something happen to me. This account the money will goes to my mother. Or goes to my wife? ( The account doesn't have my wife name) Any advise will appreciated. thank you.

Just add your wife, and take your mom off. Don't make it complicated. Bank account may be JTWOR and take outside of intestacy laws, but only the community portion of it. See how that last sentence looked complicated? That's why the first sentence is easier. But I could be completely wrong.
