Legal Question in Personal Injury in West Virginia

I have an Attorney may I change to different Attorney?

I was involved in a car accident last Aug 02 and was the passenger of the car that was struck by another individual and I am currently still receiving physcian care and have already received just recently a check for part of my medical bills I feel that the Attorney I hired isn't doing more than what he should be can I change to another Attorney what are my rights in a situation like this?

You should review the contract you have with your lawyer, then make an appointment to discuss the issues you have. You may even write out the questions prior to the meeting. The contract should have a provision for withdrawal. You may have to pay him or her for the time spent so far at some reasonable hourly rate.
