Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in West Virginia

Heir appointed Administrator not doing job correctly

my mother passed away 4/15/2002 without a will. No husband, 3 children inheiret the estate. Oldest brother is Administrator. 2 weeks after mother's death, Administrator changes deceased buisness out of her name into his name solely without notifying or asking consent of other 2 heirs. Administrator is still running buisness under same name and telephone # that deceased had used, but under his name as if the buisness only belonged to him. Is this grounds to have him removed as Administrator of said estate?

Re: Heir appointed Administrator not doing job correctly

If the administrator is not sharing the profits of the business, then you probably have grounds to have him removed.
