my father passed away and left behind property in another state, I have continued to pay the taxes for 3 yrs, someone is interested in the purchace of this property, I cannot find brothers whom were also left in will.

The laws of all states allow for a suit to secure good title to be conveyed. It could be that the money from the sale will be placed with the court clerk to hold pending the appearance of your brothers.

Further information is required in order to answer your question. When did your father die? Was a probate estate opened and if so, where are you at in the process? To whom did he devise the property and how (joint tenancy, tenants in common)? Has an offer been made?
