Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in West Virginia

Need help!!

My sisters name was on my mothers safety deposit box. She went into the box and destroyed my mothers will. There are no other copies of this that I know of. Should I seek legal representation or just let my mothers possesions be split 4 ways? (4 children)Thank you for your help in this matter
