There may be several state and Federal law violations, including breach of contract, fraud, and invasion of privacy.

You should have an attorney review the entire situation before considering any settlement.

Economic Damages for Predatory L, Privacy VIolation, Forged Documents

This is really not a fair question on a public web forum. A reasonable settlement demand in any case would always start with an analysis of your economic damages, i.e., was your credit damaged as a result? Or, will you end up paying more for loans in the future? Was your identity stolen due to the poor safeguarding of your information? Was there any complicity by you in any fraudulent scheme? Once economic damages are determined, your attorney would look for statutory multipliers, since some law violations can involve double or triple damages, together with actual reasonable attorney fees. You need to consult with your own attorney as soon as possible
