Legal Question in Criminal Law in Wisconsin

Dui help

I Have been issued a DUI, and going to lose my licsense in 30 days I need my licsence for work also to pick up my kids every other week they live in a joining state.Also I had a traffic accedent the beginning of 1999.Should I seek an attorney? Do attorney work on payment plans.I am on disability and do not have a lot of money? Thank you

You must get a qualified attorney. DUI defense is an area which requires an experienced and knowledgeable attorney. I suggest you consult duilawyersonline to find such a lawyer near you.

Absolutely, you should consult with a lawyer. If you cannot afford one, go to your local legal aid society. Most bar associations also have panels of lawyers willing to work for a reduced fee.
