Legal Question in Criminal Law in Wisconsin

i took money through sales of product and opened an account in my name using just the initials of the company with my social security number. I had the company send the checks to my house and I cashed them. i think they know and yet to say anything but I really believe they know and getting evidance against me to have me arrested. Amount is high as $200,000.00 i bought land for $105,000.00 and paid off my dedt $50,000.00 along with devorce attorneys in an amount of $35,000.00plus i still have $15,000.00 left. I am scared becuase I screwed up my life and now my kids life. what do I do confess to them or wait until they figure it out. What type of jail term will i get? I also hve $30,000.00 in a 401k and $10,000.00 in mutual funds i want to turn myself in. but i don't want to loose my kidds to my ex wife. What I did was so wronge and in weakness I took the easy way out to what I thought was right. I have a bad leg and two bad shuolders with back and neck problems I know if I lost this job i would be limited and would not be able to servive. i have a girl friend that knows nothing she thinks I make great money which I don't. I am going to tell her because I don't want to hurt her. Please tell me my best course of action
