Legal Question in Criminal Law in Wisconsin
my son is 20 and received a wreckless driving and underage drinking blew .05. clean record for last 1-1/2 yrs. wanting to see him get traffic classes and comm serv and hopefully get these removed from his record. Do you think this is possible?

Sure - he's under 21 years of age, so he may ask the judge to expunge any misdemeanor convictions from his record. The judge may agree, but may also impose conditions first (such as lots of "comm serv"), and make him come back to court some time in the future for an expungement hearing.
