Legal Question in Family Law in Wisconsin

Possible child with another women

My husband of 23 years recently got a Loan from the SBA (Small Business Assoc). All the loan papers by them make reference to child support, as a provision of the loan. He claims he doesn't know why that is on the agreements. As far as I know he only has 2 children with me and they are not receiving any support from him, as we are still married. How can I find out if there is another child? As his spouse, don't I have a right to know this information? I have nothing really to go on. Do I need a lawyer? or can I search records myself. any advice would be appreciated.

Its quite posssible that the language on the loan forms are standard, conditioning the loan on being current in child support.

The only way to check is to check court records in each county where an order wamy have been entered. The information is not public and cannot be accessed through the state without a release of information from your spouse.
